Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Check out this adorable beach gem. This place is newly decorated and updated by the owners. Plenty of shelving and hooks, lots of comfort. Ceiling fans throughout the condo, new refrigerator and ice machine. TV's located in both bedrooms. This place is beautifully decorated and has beach chairs and beach toys available. This place is close to everything that counts. The balcony has plenty of comfort, with a high-top table and lounger. There is also free Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Also, Starbucks is a mile down the road. Check with owners for a discount when staying for a whole month or more. This place has tons of parking, you will never search for a spot. We offer free use of the phone, including long distance (no international calls please). AND, nice flat screen TV mounted on the wall in the living room. The owners have added a CD player, stereo, and DVD players, and boasts a brand new, beautiful kitchen floor. Linens and towels are included, you only need to bring your beach towels. A laundry room is available right next door. No keys are necessary, cause this unit has a push-button lock. SNOWBIRDS AND GOLFERS ARE WELCOME. This place will dazzle you with the updates, you will not regret choosing this unit!

Area Information

This is a quiet area, but still close to the shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful walking trail. This building is situated in the heart of the Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach on the site of the old Ocean Forest Hotel. Less than 15 minutes to Legends, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Airport, and tons of restaurants and golf courses.

So close to the ocean!

The condo was perfect for what we needed....an affordable place close to the ocean. The building was old, and the hallways had a musty smell, but the condo itself was in good condition....neat and clean. The pool and hot tub were filled with bugs on our first day there, but was cleaned up and was fine for the rest of the trip. Convenient location.
