Head to the beach, shopping, amusements or golf course. 10 seconds from the pool and 10 minutes from the beach!

COME ON DOWN

This spacious one bedroom condo is on the 11th fairway in the gated community of Island Green Country Club in Myrtle Beach. It is 6.8 miles from Surfside Beach. It is a second floor unit. It has all new flooring, furniture and fresh paint. Ceiling fans in each room. Cable television and high speed internet. It has a queen bed and a new sleep sofa. This unit can sleep four. Best suited for two adults and two young children.

It features a full kitchen with all appliances and essentials. (coffee maker, toaster, and microwave) Full size ironing board and iron.

This property has keyless entry for your security and only you have the code. No keys floating around.

One party has to be 23 years of age with verifiable ID. Area not suitable for spring breakers.

We vacation here 4-5 times per year and assure a clean comfortable and well maintained condo. All linens provided. NO CLEANING FEES!

The pool is right outside the front door. Smoking allowed on deck only. The condo association has a NO PET, no motorcycle policy.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only. Check in 3:00PM Check out 10:00AM

Two week special for 2013 between 4/1 to 9/30 is $710 plus 3% tax.

Area Information

Island Green is a quiet, comfortable, safe and serene golf course community, 10 minutes from the beach and everything MB has to offer. Relax have fun and put your feet up. 10 seconds from the pool and 10 minutes from the beach!!

An Amenities Center is within the Island Green community. Its has a indoor pool, gym, hot tub, tennis courts. You pay a nominal fee for its use as it is NOT included in the weekly rent.

BEACH: Surfside and Garden City beaches are local. 60 miles of uninterrupted sandy beach is only 10 minutes away. The MB oceanfront has the mile long boardwalk and the 200' Skywheel. Great ride!

GOLF: This condo overlooks the 11th fairway at Island Green Country Club with over 90 more courses in the MB area.

AMERICA'S PLAYGROUND: Casino boats, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, The Legends in Concert, Comedy Cabana, Tanger Outlets, Market Commons, Murrells Inlet for fishing trips in the inlet or open ocean. Great restaurants everywhere. TOO MUCH TO MENTION.

CHILDREN: Family amusements and attractions are endless and everywhere.

WARNING: Exposure to MB can be addicting for children of all ages!

The weather is sub-tropical and ideal all year-round.

Other Fees: Payment from CANADA must be made either by Canadian Postal Money Order or cashiers check payable to a U.S. bank and in U.S. funds. Most Canadian banks do this.
