Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Ocean Front 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Luxury Condo, directly on the ocean, located in the popular Grand Atlantic Resort. Two Bedrooms have King size bed. The third bedroom has two full beds. The living room sofa which was recently replaced makes a sofa bed. You will not believe the large balcony that stretches across the master bedroom and living room. You feel as if you can reach out and touch the ocean. Since this unit is on the 12th floor, you can sit at the dining room table or in the master bedroom and watch the ocean waves and dolphins
.
This unit and building is newer than most units on the beach (built in 2006) therefore building and unit are latest in technology. The thermostat will display the 5-day weather forecast as well as control the indoor climate. Full size appliances in kitchen plus washer and dryer in unit. Ceiling fans throughout.
Unit is completely furnished including living room and dining room with all kitchen utensils needed for complete meals.

Area Information

This beautiful condo is located close to many Myrtle Beach attractions, restaurants, malls, outlets, Ripley's Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Place Theater, Dixie Stampede, Legends in Concert, Alabama Theater, and some of the best golf courses in the world. This area has the most golf for a resort anywhere in the world. There is also a new Hard Rock Theme Park and other attractions too numerous to mention.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean front outdoor pool and a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall and bubbler. Unit also has large heated indoor pool, heated 170" lazy river and a new hot tub. There is a new Arcade on the ground floor and new fitness room on the 7th floor. All can be reached without going outside the complex.
The main large outdoor pool faces the ocean and features a grass sitting area between pool and beach with lawn chairs.
Restaurant next door; Scoobys Ice Cream and grill downstairs of complex. A mini-market is on one side and another across the street for last minute supplies.
