Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation home rental
A vacation beach house with a wrap-around deck overlooking the ocean and the lake, this two-story, four bedroom, three bath beach house is in Ocean Lakes and is conveniently situated; less than 100 yards to the beach, indoor pool (heated in winter), basketball court, playground, family sports area, recreation center, miniature golf (on-site) and 3 outdoor resort pools. An on-property store is within a short walk or golf cart ride. The house features an upstairs king bed in the master with a full, private bathroom. Also upstairs, the queen and double bed bedrooms share a full separate bathroom. The downstairs has new bamboo hardwood floors and all new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are on the main level. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The deck areas catch the afternoon breeze and are perfect for watching the activity and enjoying the views. Hot/cold private outside shower.
Easy to find directions are available on any mapping software to the front gate: 6001 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29575. (This is the main gate address.) The property is oceanview! This is a gated community and security access is available 24 hours a day with parking passes. If pre-arranged, we will have up to three parking permits mailed to you prior to your arrival so you can breeze past those waiting in line to get their permits. A security/parking pass is required before you can access the property. The fee is $3 per day per vehicle; charged by the property management. A maximum of three vehicles (not including golf carts) will be allowed on the property. Golf cart trailers and other vehicles may be parked in a common area inside the security gate on the property. You will need to make arrangements for this parking option once you arrive.
Area Description
Our house is situated close to the pools, but not so close that you can hear the noise. We are less than a football field-length from the ocean waves. We can sit outside and watch the people, the surf and the lake from our deck.
Children are safe in the gated, private community and the beach does not offer public access; implying no one without a parking pass can get onto the beach.
This 24 hour gated resort is close to great restaurants in Murrels Inlet, Surfside & Myrtle Beach. Off-property entertainment options include Ripley's Aquarium, Margarittaville, Legends in Concert, Medieval Times and other local theatrical
