Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation villa rental

Ground-level end-unit that provides convenient access and privacy. This villa is in a prime location next door to one of the two community pools, barbecue and outdoor eating areas just off the back patio. With 1,253 square foot of living space this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa sleeps 6 and features 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in the bathrooms & kitchen. The 2 spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The Master suite has a private bath and walk-in closet, queen size bed w/CAT-TV and an entry to the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds, CAT-TV and direct access to the second bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a washer/dryer iron & iron board, and all major appliances. The kitchen comes equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, silverware & small appliances (i.e., blender, toaster, coffee pot, spice rack). The screened patio is located off the living room for relaxing views of the pool. Wi-Fi Internet provided. There is plenty of living space with a dining/living greatroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa. The living room has CAT-TV and DVD player, games, books & more... All linens (towels, sheets, blankets) You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this villa.

The property is located in very nice and secluded neighborhood right up against Arrowhead Golf Club. The unit was well decorated, spacious, and clean. It has a screened back porch that is less than 20 feet away from one of the pools. The pool is great for kids as it is not very deep or too big to manage and it was very clean. It was never crowded, so you almost felt as if you had your own pool! The property is about 5 miles inland, which some people may see as a minus. We saw this as a plus as it kept us out of the crowded area of properties that is along the shoreline. You could get to anything by car within 15 minutes including the Broadway on the Beach and the beaches on the North Side. It was also great to be able to bring in our dog! There were plenty of areas to walk her. We are a family of 4 with a toddler and a five year old. This was a great place to vacation for a young family. We highly recommend the property!

"My family and I visited Myrtle Beach for easter weekend and had a marvelous time. The moment we walked into this property, it felt like our home away from home. The place was clean, clean, clean, which is THE most important thing to me! It was very tastefully decorated and you could tell the owners care about their place and that their renters are comfortable. Every thing we needed was there. Sheets, towels, and paper products to get us well past our first couple of days. We had four busy kids with us, so having the pool quite literally right outside our door was great for keeping them entertained between outside activities. There was even an indoor pool for our one rainy morning. Getting to the beach and all its attractions was an easy short, 15 minute drive. All in all a wonderful stay. So much so that we are going back for a full week this summer. Can't wait!"

We recently rented this condo. Everything is perfect: location, clean, fully equiped, quiet, great pool, close to all amenities and shopping. You could not ask for a better place to relax.
