A well appointed kitchen includes 2 dishwashers, 2 wall ovens, a Viking 6 burner gas range, 48" Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, an Icemaker and a Microwave. The Dining Room seats 16, kitchen counter seats 6 and the Breakfast Room facing the ocean seats 8. An elevator provides easy access to all three floors. Eight bedrooms all have their own bath, TV/VCR/DVD, with two master suites each equipped with a Jacuzzi and a third master suite has its own circular sitting room. There are two Powder rooms, 3 gas fireplaces and 6 of the bedrooms have direct deck access.
Other seating areas include a den/conference/equipped library, a paneled gentleman's/ladies study/game room with a wet bar, a recreation room with professional pool table and kitchenette, a Theater with tiered seats and a 97" projector, Playstation II,popcorn machine and karaoke machine. For your convenience there is a laundry room with two washer/dryers, and for exercise, in addition to beach walking, there is stationary bicycle, treadmill,and rowing machine.
