Description of the Nantucket vacation home rental

Located mid island this 2 bed ranch home is with in walking distance to grocery stores, dining, night life and more. Public transportation and bike path at either end of the street. Features a ramped front entrance as well as a remodeled bath with 5' wide accessible shower. Fully equiped kitchen, cable tv, dvd player, stereo, cd player and out door patio make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy island living. Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom features a full size bed and twin bed. there is also a folding cot if needed.

Please note absolutly no pets allowed.

Area Information

located 1-1/4 miles from downtown Nantucket and just a mere 2-1/4 miles to beautiful Surfside beach. Grocery store, refreshment establishment, sandwich shops, post office, breakfast and dining all with in walking distance.

Outstanding!

This property is awesome for many reasons. The location could not have been more perfect as it is close to the beach and town by bicycle, which there are 2 in the garage! Bring your own bikes as it is next to the bike path as well. Clay also let us hold a photo shoot for our Erba bamboo cycles at his home. It is also located right near the Stop and Shop and package store...everything you need! The home was immaculate and the living room, kitchen and eating area are perfect for a group of 6. The owner Clay is a fabulous person as well. We will definitely be return renters.
