A wonderful Nantucket summer rental home with a spectacular location on a bluff overlooking Nantucket Sound. VIEWS and private stairs to the beach. Farmers porch around house. First floor: living room, dining room (seats 10), sunporch with TV, kitchen, large pantry with d/w and washer/dryer, half bathroom. Second floor: two queen bedrooms with windows facing the water, full bedroom, bedroom with four twins, two full bathrooms. Third floor: four bedrooms; bedroom-3 twins, bedroom-2 twins, bedroom-2 twins, bedroom-1 bed, full bathroom, large open area with TV and some chairs, no insulation in attic so it may be uncomfortable on hot days. Heat is on the first floor only. Very casual and dated furnishings.

Minutes from town. Nantucket is located 30 miles out to sea off of the coast of Massachusetts. The island is roughly 14 miles long by 3 1/2 miles wide. There are 100 square miles of moors, plains, cranberry bogs, fresh water ponds and white sandy beaches. The beaches and the conservation land on Nantucket are, for the most part, open to the public to use with respect.
