Description of the Napa vacation cottage rental

The 2 storey ranch house sits on the valley floor between Chimney Rock winery and Regusci winery. other great wineries are accesible by walking. Great jogging trail behind the property. Perfect for gourmet chefs. There is an herb garden, fruit trees , rosemary , lavender and lots of flowers. The first floor has the main family room which has cathedral ceiling with wide plank wooden floors, wrap around porch with sound surround system, 360 degree unobstructed view of vineyard, Stag's leap mountain and Wappo hill.The master's bedroom is in the first floor a sitting room and a private entrance to the porch.

The second floor has the second and third bedrooms each with a little balcony. Each has its own toilet but shares the bathroom. All brand-new modern bathroom/toilets with zen like interior.

Infront , back,north and south of the property is unending acreage of vineyard. The southside is Chimney ROck and Clois du Val while the northside is Regusci WInery. Big Oleander trees line the front of the property. No immediate neighbor closeby. It is walking distance to a lot of wineries on the trail.
It is 10 min drive to Yountville, 18 min drive to St Helena and 10 min. drive to Napa downtown.The back road is a well paved jogging trail that leads to the mountains and private property. Just gorgeous setting!
