Description of the Napa vacation home rental

Located on 10 acres in the Heart of the Napa, nestled in the World renowned Stag’s Leap District. This incredible Home was custom designed on the top of a knoll overlooking the incredible mountain tops and the sweeping floors of the Napa Valley. The location of this home is absolutely perfect, feeling quite secluded and private, but minutes to World Class dinning in Yountville home of the French Laundry, Bouchon and Richard Reddington's famous Redd,just to mention a few. while being minutes to many wineries. The setting is to embrace the extraordinary location with absolutely intoxicating views from every room in the house. The Enormous Great Room and dinning space provides guests to enjoy the chef while he is cooking a gourmet meal, or just a gathering of friends to enjoy the incredible sunsets though the glass walls of the kitchen and living areas.Custom cut 12 foot granite oversized center island provides and elegant work surface and stainless steel, appliances, double ovens with a confection oven are any chef’s dream.The living area is drawn together by the granite fireplace and a Chenille luxurious sectional couch that allows for spirited conversations or provide and agreeable setting to contemplate the magnificent views. A central sound system lets you set the mood you want anywhere is the house. Double sliding glass doors open to the terrace where you can dine outside and or lounge on the couch for a glass of Napa Valley’s finest. Multiple doors to the home’s exterior provide unfettered access to the outdoors: one of the treasures of wine country living.

The library/ office space is down the glass hallways with both east and western views with a large desk and sitting area to read or work. Wireless Internet is throughout the home for up to five computers.

The quest bedroom is all views with an incredible blue granite bathroom en suite with a walk-in marble shower.

In the sumptuous Master Bedroom, vaulted ceilings with glass doors that open to a private balcony. The walk-in closet has built in shelving, storage and an upper level for your seasonal wardrobe. The master bath is a contemporary oasis with all marble finishes a marble walking shower with more views and a 3 people jacuzzi tub to relax in after a day of wine tasting.

The very large Bonus Room or fourth bedroom is a private retreat with a living room and granite word burning fireplace. The generous bedroom has two queen plush beds with a television and surround sound stereo for your own private enjoyment. The bathroom en suite for your guests convenience.

The cottage was better than we expected. It was clean, cozy and the pool area was like having your own private resort. Caroline was very welcoming and nice. She made sure we had everything we needed and was nice enough to recommend wineries for us to taste at and restaurants to try. The property was also very spacious and private. We will definitely be back to stay!

Caroline's Getaway was awesome! We couldn't believe the breath-taking views out every window. The layout of the house was perfect for sharing the house with another couple. Caroline helped make our stay wonderful from the day we booked our stay right through to the week after we returned home. She was the perfect hostess - always making sure that we had whatever we needed.

The pictures didn't do it justice and you really need to see it for yourself. I would definitely return here myself and recommend it to my friends.

The road leading to Caroline's definitely tells you that you are in Wine Country. The house is convenient to the wineries and we managed to visit at least one each day of our stay. When we didn't cook out on the gas grill, we enjoyed dinner at several restaurants. Ones that really made an impression were Tra Vigne, Martini House, and Etoile. There was even a fresh fruit stand on the way to the house that provided us with mouthwatering cherries and strawberries.

We had a wonderful time and strongly recommend other travelers to Wine Country look into Caroline's.

Loved this place. It is quiet, clean and very homey. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool, kitchen and many beautiful views at this property. Caroline was a wonderful hostess. I had my laptop and was able to get online with no problems. I would go back in a minute.
Loved the restaurant recommendations from Caroline.

Our Favorite Napa Hideaway

My 4 girlfriends and I have been renting this house for the past 4 years. We have known each other for over 40 years! Once a year, we leave our kids, husbands and lives at home and treat ourselves to a yearly Napa getaway. We fly in from all over the US, and spend 6 fantastic days sitting by the gorgeous pool, chatting, lounging, daydreaming, and catching up. We have rented other homes in the past. We have stayed at a local resort hotel. All of them were adequate, but Carolines fits our needs exactly.
The house is stocked with fine linens, plenty of fluffy towels, and super comfy pillow top mattress beds. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. We dine on the patio, by the pool, or around the cozy kitchen table. Two full bathrooms , central A/C, cable TV, stereo, CD player, a stocked bookcase, games, a washer-dryer. This house has it all. The pool is always sparkling clean. The 4 market umbrellas are of the best quality and the six chaises make poolside lounging so easy.
The house is very private and quiet. The house is always immaculate and clean. Shopping is just a 10 minute drive away. Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks, and premium Outlet Shops are all nearby. Many day spas are available where you can get a massage, a mud bath, or a custom spa treatment.
Napa weather is outstanding. Warm days and cool nights make for great grapes and wine. There are many vineyards nearby . A morning walk down a dirt road brings
spectacular views and some of our past sightings have included a hawk, ducks, quail, rabbits, and wild blackberries!
By preparing our own breakfasts and lunches, we are able to dine at a different fine restaurant every night. We have found the food in the Napa area to be outstanding. Brix, Tres Vigne, Copia, Redd, Press, Martini House, Auberge du Soleil , Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, Bistro Jeaunty, Mustards Grill are some of our favorites. If we have ever needed anything, Caroline is just a phone call away . She
has always been warm and gracious.
We love this house and hope to return to it every year for our yearly 6 days in heaven!
