Accommodations: 2nd Floor Coach Home with private attached garage and entrance, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Complete Baths, separate private cozy den, with additional complete open floor plan family room.

Privately owned Lakeside Coach Home has 2 very spacious bedrooms. There is a Queen bed in the Master bedroom, with his and her walk in closets. A spaciously designed Master Bath, with an over size tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds with walk in closet. There is a third room used as a den that has a sleep sofa that overlooks the lanai and lake view.

Enjoy Beautiful views & Sunsets from the Lanai overlooking the Lake. Vaulted Ceilings, Impeccably clean, and well cared for with brand new plush carpeting.

Six chair Dining Room, separate kitchen with additional eating area with table and chairs. Complete Living room area with TV console, with views to the lake and wrap around Lanai. Relax and enjoy the Lanai with its full size table and chair.

Amenities: Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable, TV, VCR, Linens provided, Washer and Dryer. Access to the Beautiful Club House with Large Pool with Fitness facility, spa, Jacuzzi, Party Room, Clay tennis Courts, Bocce courts, billiards, and a library. There is also another pool close to our coach home other than the Club House Pool.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A 30 day cancellation must be in writing to avoid penalty of 100%. A deposit of 50% of total required at booking. 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Absolutely NO PETS, and NO Smoking permitted.
