• Other Fees: Exit Cleaning Fee applies to all bookings $100 $150 application/ processing fee NON REFUNDABLE) Electric up to $80 included in rent anything above payable by Renter. $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE AFTER INSPECTION OF CONDO AND FINAL UTILITY BILL. Normal Wear and Tear is acceptable. 10% SALES & TOURIST TAX on all rent amount not total. We strongly advise guests to take out approriate Travel Ins. Rental cancellation less then 5 months not refundable and full amount will be due.
