Description of the Naples vacation apartment rental
A very nice clean one bedroom with privacy in a wooded area on a quiet dead end street. Quiet yet close to everything. Unit is updated and tiled throughout. Full Sized kitchen, Tub shower 2 new flat screen TV'. Wireless internet connection. Screened lanai is wonderful looking out to the back yard and trees. Property is surrounded on two sides by County owned vacant land. This property is not in a community with clubhouse or pool. Most Communities in the area do not permit tenants renting who have a pet, motor home, truck or boat.

If interested in two weeks it has to be first two weeks or last two weeks no splitting up month.



Available on a month to month basis beginning April 1st thru Nov 30 2014
$950.00 month including utilities. Minimum 6 months for no hotel tax
Security deposit is $750. For long term rental.

North Naples premier location off Wiggins Pass Road. Rural wooded feel yet close to everything you will ever need. Shopping, restaurants, 2 beaches within 3 miles. Duplex is West of 41 where the Eagles nest and fly over Popular walking area. Nice new shopping center, Gateway Shops with Panera's, Tropical Smoothies, Beall's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples among others like Walgreens within walking distance. Bike to beaches
Do not have bikes but places around rent bikes.

Lovely Spot

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at 1341 West Lane. The duplex is cozy, clean and located in a peaceful, quite neighborhood conveniently situated close to shops and the beach.

A quiet little haven in a cozy spot.

As a first timer I got lucky choosing a perfect spot for a single golfer. Everything you need & close to everything. Area may be the happiest place in America. Breakfast & crossword out back in the lanai. Owner was very nice & takes care of the property nicely. I will be back

Cottage apartment in the woods

We loved this little duplex apartment - everything was so convenient - including a washer and dryer. The bed is super comfortable with great linens! The screened back lanai overlooks a conservation area. We were delighted to see a deer watching us one day! It is the ideal spot for a single person or a compatible retired couple like us. It is within walking distance to some stores and eateries, close enough to the beach to go at least once a day, and even though it is near the Tamiami Trail, it is in its own secluded nook. Not much noise, friendly neighbors and bike and walking trails. We even found a back route to the famous Mel's Diner! We had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay at the duplex very much. It was located close to beaches without getting involved in a lot of traffic because we could drive in the opposite direction of the "main drag". On the other hand, being close to 41 was a plus because that highway leads to everything.

We were pleased with all of the "extras" in the duplex. There was everything we wanted. We loved the porch and grill. Ate breakfast on the porch every morning. We were glad to see there were beach chairs and one day when we need a cooler I wished we had brought ours. I thought to take a look in the kitchen closet and there was one in there. What a relief!

We had complete privacy and enjoyed that. Everything was great and I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there. Thank you, Nancy. John & Louise Hoeft Hartfort City, Ind.

My 15 y.o daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your duplex the week of March 28 - April 4, 2007. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I enjoy cooking and being able to save money by not eating out (every night)...so your fully equipped kitchen with gas grill and sun porch suited us well. The location iof your duplex is perfect...just a 5 minute drive to the beach and then the vast array of choices for dining out and shopping...only 5 min to 20 min away. We couldn't ask for better than that, especially for the price! I also enjoyed the fact that the beaches were not overwhelmed with the "college spring break
crowd." We want to come back, to visit all the places we did not have time for during this recent vacation! Naples is a beautiful place to visit, and I am sure, a beautiful place to live. Thank you allowing us this wonderful experience!

The location was perfect, we split our sun-bathing time between Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Beach--either being only a few minutes away. We were also pleased with your rental's proximity to downtown Naples. And when we felt like just staying in to relax or for a barbecue on the lanai, your quiet, cul-de-sac location on a nature preserve made for a peaceful respite.
