Wonderful clean one bedroom with privacy in a wooded area on a quiet dead end street. Unit is updated with tiled throughout. Screened lanai is wonderful looking out to the back yard and trees. Property is surrounded on two sides by County owned land.

North Naples premier location off Wiggins Pass Road. Rural wooded feel yet close to everything you will ever need. Shopping, restaurants, 2 beaches within 3 miles. Duplex is West of 41 where the Eagles nest and fly over Popular walking area. New shopping center now open within walking distance.

Both sides are available now. One has King size bed and the other a queen sized bed. Each has a sofa bed. Restaurants galore, world class shopping, factory stores and beaches. New shopping center being completed within walking distance. Naples Zoo, Para sailing and jet ski rentals at Vanderbilt Beach and Lee County beach.
Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
- Check In: 3 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: 14 days 1st or middle of month
- Lodging Tax: 10%
- Deposits: $500.00 to hold reservation at time of reservation $250.00 is a security deposit to be returned less any damage or loss.
1/2 of balance due 120 days before arrival and the balance is due 60 days prior arrival.
If less than one month until arrival all due and payable at time of reservation.
- Other Fees: $250.00 refundable security deposit.
10% Lodging tax and if a pet a $250.00 pet deposit($100.00 non-refundable and used for extra cleaning required from pet)

We enjoyed our stay at the duplex very much. It was located close to beaches without getting involved in a lot of traffic because we could drive in the opposite direction of the "main drag". On the other hand, being close to 41 was a plus because that highway leads to everything.
We were pleased with all of the "extras" in the duplex. There was everything we wanted. We loved the porch and grill. Ate breakfast on the porch every morning. We were glad to see there were beach chairs and one day when we need a cooler I wished we had brought ours. I thought to take a look in the kitchen closet and there was one in there. What a relief!
We had complete privacy and enjoyed that. Everything was great and I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there. Thank you, Nancy. John & Louise Hoeft Hartfort City, Ind.

I enjoy cooking and being able to save money by not eating out (every night)...so your fully equipped kitchen with gas grill and sun porch suited us well. The location iof your duplex is perfect...just a 5 minute drive to the beach and then the vast array of choices for dining out and shopping...only 5 min to 20 min away. We couldn't ask for better than that, especially for the price! I also enjoyed the fact that the beaches were not overwhelmed with the "college spring break
crowd." We want to come back, to visit all the places we did not have time for during this recent vacation! Naples is a beautiful place to visit, and I am sure, a beautiful place to live. Thank you allowing us this wonderful experience!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in Naples over the years and we found yours to be not only delightfully appointed, but also the best value we've encountered in the area.
The location was perfect, we split our sun-bathing time between Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Beach--either being only a few minutes away. We were also pleased with your rental's proximity to downtown Naples. And when we felt like just staying in to relax or for a barbecue on the lanai, your quiet, cul-de-sac location on a nature preserve made for a peaceful respite.
