Unit is bright, with nice view, tastefully furnished, with porcelain tile flooring, new kitchen appliances, granite countertop, and ceiling fans. Rentals are for one month minimum. First choice is given to a Jan. 1st-March 30th rental, second choice to a Jan. 1st-Feb. 28th rental, and third choice (after Dec. 1st) to a Feb. 1st-March 30th rental.
