Vacation Rental Description

The new in '04 condo is set on the Flamingo Fairways, part of the beautiful Lely Resort which is midway between downtown Naples and Marco Island It has over 1600 sq feet of living space plus an oversized tiled lanai which overlooks the 13th fairway. It is a 3 bedroom unit with the third bedroom furnished as a den with a sleep sofa. All furnishings are new and quality. The kitchen with corian counters is fully equiped. The dining room seats 6 and the dinette area seats 4 plus 2 bar stools. The laundry area is off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer.
Player's Club membership is tranferrable.
