Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, with boat dock availability, on second floor of 2 story building. Corner unit, includes a carport below with private parking, large living room with private lanai, large masterbedroom with queen size bed, includes dressing room and bath. Large 2nd bedroom with double bed, next to master bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has all appliances. All towels, linens, beachchairs, beach umbrella, iron/ironingboard included. An answering machine is provided. Each room has a phone including 3 cordless. A 36 inch TV in livingroom, with VCR, DVD and shelf stereo are also provided. Both bedrooms have televisons as well.

The condo has a beautiful canal leading out to the bay and eventually to the Gulf. There is also a dock that can be rented for those boat lovers.
Beachwood Club condos are located 5 minutes to downtown 5th Ave., and 1 1/2 miles to the Beach. Tin City, a rustic shopping area providing numerous shops and restaurants located on the bay, is within walking distance.

• Deposits: Advance deposit is due upon agreement, %25 of total cost. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival Monthly rental require a security deposit of $500.00. For 2 month rental a security deposit of $1000.00. Annual rentals require a $500.00 security deposit, plus first and last month's rent.
   
• Other Fees: A $50.00 fee for the condo association is mandatory and is sent directly to them, along with an application. The condo assoc. takes all precautions as to who belong on the premesis Boat slip rentals are $150.00 per month. For annual rentals a fee of $100.00 for condo assoc is required. Utilities are paid by tennant.
