Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rent is due on signing of the rental agreement. The balance is due 60 days prior to the rental period.
Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee.

Everything was as listed and promised in the ad. We really enjoyed ourselves. The Condo has been upgraded a lot and I understand the whole kitchen will be upgraded this Summer.
