We enjoyed our stay at Mainsail condo #8. The lovely landscaping, view of the large well maintained pool, bright and airy decor and close proimity to Marco Island, grocery shopping and many attractions in Old Naples, wonderful restaurants within a short drive and the very positive experience dealing with the owner make this a condo a place we would enjoy returning to. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and we enjoyed evenings out on the screened in terrace. Everyone we met around the pool or in the Mainsail community were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is in an upscale/safe neighborhood, beautifully decorated, light and airy. Kitchen has been completely remodeled and the new trey ceiling enlarges that entire area. The grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of and the pool is only a few steps away from the door. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and look out at the pool.

My Wife and I spent 5 Month at 1510 Mainsail Dr, and enjoyed it very much. The Unit is completely furnished and and situated in a very nice Neighborhood, adjacent to a Golfcourse, there is also a nice Pool and a Library well stacked. We certainly recommend this Condo.

Tropic Schooner Tranquility

This 2 bedroom condominium is bright, clean and tastefully decorated, with two bedrooms, two full baths and two cable television receivers. It is comfortable and well equipped, with a full kitchen and new appliances. Of especial note are the grounds and layout of the Tropic Schooner complex, which are so designed as to create a secluded, tropical garden atmosphere which effectively excludes traffic noise. Most of the units overlook either a golf course or a swimming pool. The complex has two swimming pools, both of which are larger than pools in other condominium complexes in the area. Residents may use either pool. They are both clean, well-maintained and there is ample pool-side seating at tables or lounges for everyone. This is a bright, clean comfotable unit in a beautiful setting of hibiscus and palm trees.

This is a relaxing vacation spot. Get away from the traffic, crowds and noise. Your close enough for easy access, but far enough away to feel the stress slipping away.
