Highland Woods Golf and Country Club is a private gated community on Rt 41 minutes to the beach. We boast a newly renovated, Gorden Lewis designed 18 hole championship golf course, 7 swimming pools, hot tub, 4 tennis courts, fitness room and newly remodeled club house.

Our condo has 1232 sq ft plus lanai, enterance, and storage room. It looks west over 5 fairways and a lake. The unit was remodeled in the fall. The appliances are all full size and upgraded. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath. There is a second bedroom and bathroom. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. All linnens are included. The storage room in the hall way has 2 bikes, extra golf clubs, beach chairs and toys and a cooler. The country club membership is transferrable and opens you up to dining, golf and many activities. There are 3 tv's, 2 vcr's, dvd player, stereo, computer and answering machine. Secluded, yet you can walk to fine dining and upscale shopping.

You are in the middle of everything. Located on Rt. 41 accross the street from the Prominade Mall and Bonita Bay. 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the NEW Coconut Mall, and minutes to the white sandy beaches of the gulf.
