Beautiful 2nd floor condo in Naples. Screened lanai overlooks a private golf course (non-accessible). A 55+ community. Building has an elevator and is just steps from the heated pool. Condo has washer & dryer in unit, is fresly painted, has new furniture, and is very well supplied. You can walk the "back trail" to Target and Publix shoppping or walk to the club house where there is another heated pool and many activities for your fun and relaxation. Less than 1 & a half miles to the beach. Prime location to everything!!

Nice Time in Naples

Excellent peaceful residential community with every retail amenity within walking distance. Condo was comfortable with nice decor. We enjoyed the screened lanai on the back overlooking the golf course and the front balcony permitting another outdoor vantage point. The nearby pool is very nice and serves as a great social gathering place. We will consider this property for next year.
