Seasonal - Vacation Rental Close to Beach

It was the second time i stayed in the condo, after 2009, where i also came to naples to attend a conference - the condo is really good value for money, fully equipped with everything, clean, modern and the owners are friendly and helpful. It is really easy to get anywhere from there and the terrace is so nice in the mornings and evenings. The only possible drawback is that the payment options (money order/cheque) are a bit difficult to handle from abroad - but the owners are happy to work something out with you.

Third consecutive stay. It is everything the other reviews say and more. Sceened in porch with table and grill is perfect for a relaxed evening diner with wine. Supermarkets and many restaurants within i mile, 5 miles (7min) to downtown 5th Ave S or beach with facilities, and 6 miles (9 min) to Broard Ave district or free fishing pier or beach with snack bar and facilities.

This was our third stay in the 1W condo on Morningside and everything is still as clean and well-provisioned as the first. We enjoy the location, the well equipped kitchen and all the special touches that the Thompsons have provided. Easy access to local beaches, restaurants, and attractions, yet secluded enough that one never feels overwhelmed by traffic or people. There are even on-site laundry facilities so you don't need to spend an evening in a laundromat. We wish we could stay here next year.

A very nice condo equiped with everything. Very important, it was very clean and with a nice Lanai. The beach is not far and could easily be reached with the 2 bicycles provided. We loved every minute!

After reviewing dozens of superlative reviews, we booked unit 1-E for a week in January. Upon arriving, we were struck immediately by the unit's modern amenities and cleanliness. It took only minutes for us to decide to extend our stay by a few extra days. The sense of comfort and well-being afforded by our excellent accommodation enabled us to enjoy a very relaxing vacation. We found this property ideally located for day trips to area attractions and golf courses. Shopping and dining are nearby. But our early discovery of Fresh Market just the other side of Rt. 41, combined with our excellent kitchen (and patio BBQ) facilities, meant that we enjoyed most of our meals in homey comfort. We would definitely book again with Deb Thompson should we find ourselves in the Naples area in the future. In the meantime, we have mentioned our most positive accommodation experience to family members and friends.

We are so happy to have found a Naples condo that delivered on all the online promises and then some. Pinecrest 1W was very clean and extremely comfortable with carefully chosen furniture and decorating details. The Thompson family are a pleasure to communicate with and made my husband and me feel very welcome. I like to cook and everything I needed in the way of cookware was provided and the close proximity to a grocery store and other fun shopping made the location ideal. A Naples vacation never disappoints with dependable sunshine and beautifully clean and spacious beaches. I would highly recommend Thompson-retreats to family and friends! We were really impressed with the cleanliness. The apt. was spotless. The location was ideal , We were close to everything, Bikes were provided for our use - We rode them to the beach almost everyday. We are planning a return visit.

This apartment is just perfect. It is strategically located, just minutes to the best beaches Naples has to offer, and very close (walking distance) to a shopping plaza, food market and different fast food stores, and yet, since it is 1 block off the US 41, you still experience the tranquility of a quiet neighbourhood. However, that is not the best part! Their owners are! Polite, well educated and responsible folks, who will ensure you enjoy a neat, perfectly set up apartment. If we get back to Naples again, that´d be our deffinitive choice again.

The place was so much better than we expected and everyone there was eager to help and overall very nice. I had never rented a condo before and I was a bit worried about what we would find, but I can honestly say that all my expectations were exceeded. We had an abundance of clean towels, two very clean bedrooms, tv in every bedroom and the living, clean dishes, and absolutely everything you need in a house, from toothpaste, Q-tips, hair dryers to laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, zip lock bags, coffee, sugar, flour, cooking oil and everything else you would need in a kitchen. I recommend this condo and Deb to anyone reading this post.

My husband and I spent one week here and loved every minute. Everything we needed was provided, and I cannot say enough how wonderfully clean it was, that is something important to us and this property is exceptional. JR was so helpful and kind and a pleasure to meet. Deb has given a personal touch that is felt the minute you walk through the door. We will be back and look forward to a longer stay. Our month in Naples turned out better than expected beginning with Deb's perfect, clean, lovely condo. So many beautiful touches. And the location was a real surprise. My hubby could walk to do some errands, close to many restaurants. A wonderful experience!!! But yet very quiet and cozy!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door of the apartment. Everything is top notch and nothing could possibly be desired. Awesome area, close to lovely shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Super comfortable beds too. Can't wait to go back to this place next year.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. This was our first time in Naples and we absolutely loved the area. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to come back and get a great night's rest after a day of biking and walking around Naples. We really enjoyed the feeling of being in a neighborhood rather than in the midst of all the other vacationers. We were close enough to enjoy all the activities of the area but able to come back and enjoy the privacy of this quiet location. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning sometime.

Renting this home was amazing! It was everything the owner said it would be. Very, very clean and the maintenance man was exceptional and extremely kind. The location is fantastic. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer place. A great big thanks to the owners!

We have stayed at this apartment three times and will never stay anywhere else. It is beautiful and has EVERYTHING there that anyone could want,from cooking to rideing bikes! It's close to the beautiful beach and you can walk to all sorts of shopping and eating places. It's extremly clean,has lots of room,safe neighborhood,washer&dryer,close to everything.If something does go wrong all you have to do is tell Aaron or JR they are always around to help. We couldn't be happier with this wonderful appartment and hope to stay there every year for a long time to come.

This property is second to none. We've stayed here the last several years and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Accommodations are top notch and conveniently located near beach and all other ammenities necessary for a great stay!

We have been coming to Naples for about 10 years. Although this was our first experience with this property, I hope it won't be our last. Everything about this property is first class...from location, location, location to the luxurious linens and incredibly well-equipped kitchen. The owners have provided everything a guest might need. The cleanliness and orderliness of the condo is second to none. We had our best week ever in Naples!

me and my colleague rented during a one week conference and stayed for an extra couple of days. The property is equipped with all you could wish for, has a lovely balcony to sit outside, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. the son of the owner was right downstairs and happy to help and answer all our questions. It really felt like coming home in the evenings. no complaints.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The decorating style was very similar to our own and it made us feel right at home the minute we entered. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!!

We found the Condo to very clean,well located,quiet,and in all respects just great. We enjoyed our time there and found that others there were very pleased with what they had for accommodations. Some of them had been coming there for some years. That tells the whole story.

Beyond our expectations! The apartment was beautifully decorated and was very clean and well maintained. Anything you could think of was supplied. Close to shopping, beaches and activities. Although only a block from 41, it was in a quiet neighborhood area. Very reasonably priced and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

When we opened the door to the condo, we were greatly surprised and pleased. It is very clean, excellently decorated and has everything a person would need to feel "at home". We received many compliments from guests about the wonderful place we "rented" for vacation. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Naples, FL. I couldn't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided for our convenience. Great owners of the property and very nice and helpful in arranging accommodations. Definitely plan to stay again.

The condo is part of a 4 appartment house. It's very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Very pleasant contact with owner. Well recommended.
