Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit located near the beach. First floor of complex with entrance off of parking area. Spacious bedrooms with king bed in master bedroom and queen bed in quest bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. Separate dining area. Sliding glass doors open onto the screened lanai which is furnished with table and seating. Lots of closet space available. Unit includes TV, DVD and cable, local telephone service and utilities. We have been coming to Naples for about 10 years. Although this was our first experience with this property, I hope it won't be our last. Everything about this property is first class...from location, location, location to the luxurious linens and incredibly well-equipped kitchen. The owners have provided everything a guest might need. The cleanliness and orderliness of the condo is second to none. We had our best week ever in Naples!

me and my colleague rented during a one week conference and stayed for an extra couple of days. The property is equipped with all you could wish for, has a lovely balcony to sit outside, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. the son of the owner was right downstairs and happy to help and answer all our questions. It really felt like coming home in the evenings. no complaints.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The decorating style was very similar to our own and it made us feel right at home the minute we entered. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!!

Beyond our expectations! The apartment was beautifully decorated and was very clean and well maintained. Anything you could think of was supplied. Close to shopping, beaches and activities. Although only a block from 41, it was in a quiet neighborhood area. Very reasonably priced and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

When we opened the door to the condo, we were greatly surprised and pleased. It is very clean, excellently decorated and has everything a person would need to feel "at home". We received many compliments from guests about the wonderful place we "rented" for vacation. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Naples, FL. I couldn't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided for our convenience. Great owners of the property and very nice and helpful in arranging accommodations.
