 Fell In Love With Falling Waters!!, February 7, 2008

Kate, Thanks ever so much for letting us rent your great Unit 7 at 1650 Windy Pines Drive in the Falling Waters Resort on Davis in Naples FL. This is our first extended stay at a resort and your kindness and the professional manner in which you have conducted all our negotiations has made this a truly wonderful experience. The Falling Waters Resort is well maintained and beautiful. We had selected it to visit from a thorough internet search of the Naples community and fell in love with it the first time we entered the gated community. We were investigating another unit that a friend had recommended when we came across your Unit 7 in the stunning Rosewood Complex. Not only its location within short walking distance of the resort’s magnificent, heated swimming pool, but the extraordinary landscaping including our own personal waterfall right behind our lanai deck sold us on the unit immediately. The fact that we did not see your beautiful, newly refurbished décor inside the unit until we arrived for our stay did not deter us as we could see all we needed from the postings on your excellent web site. One pleasant surprise to me was the outstanding construction of the complex as evidenced by its well maintained appearance and especially the virtual soundproof state of the unit. I know we had neighbors on both sides and above us as I met them, but I literally never heard a sound during our lengthy stay. We own property in the Caribbean and it has withstood the two strongest Cat. 5 hurricanes in modern history with no significant damage and I believe these Falling Waters units are its equal in construction quality. In closing, I would simply say that I highly recommend the unit we were privileged to stay in, but would not have hesitated in the least to rent the other properties you also own and rent at Falling Waters. My wife commented that the fact that a suspicious, conservative Capricorn from the South would send a somewhat sizeable check to a Yankee lady he had never looked in the eye or shaken hands with is truly a modern day miracle. I know I am expected to include an obligatory negative comment or two about our stay at Falling Waters just to be “fair and balanced” but in this instance that would be unjustified and inappropriate. All I can say to anyone reading this is “Try it, you’ll like it!!” Jim McCormick Jackson, TN
