This 2 bedroom; 2 bath; 1 car garage, screened lanai,is nestled in the community of L"Ambiance,in Pelican Bay. It is decorated in casual elegance. You have the privlige of using the private work out phillsality , and tennis courts. You can enjoy the ride to the beach on a tram thru the mangrove area that has over 100 bird speices and alligators, torutels and a array of different fish. The beaches at Pelican Bay are exquisite and very private. You are within walking distance to dinning and shops, and night life.
Area Description
The beach is within walking distance or you can drive 2 min. to the tram station and relax while the friendly tram drivers take you to the beach via the beautiful mangrov perserve. At the Beach at Pelican you can enjoy dining at two restraunts on the beach. As a guest of ours you get your umbrella and lounge chairs comlamentary. There is a shopping mall within walking distance of our condo where you can enjoy different types of dining,grocery shopping and or course;Star Bucks and ice cream. Its really just paridise!!
Pelican Bay is a luxurious area to vacation. Its paridise!
