"Just Perfect"
#403 was just perfect and was presented to the highest of standards. It is very bright and spotlessly clean... floors, walls and furnishings. The condo has everything you need - a real home away from home. Main Bedroom: Really comfortable king size bed with nice soft bed linen and pillows. Each morning you can watch the dolphins from your bed and enjoy a view of the beach below or the view to Captiva in the distance. En-suite Bathroom: While washing at the basin, a large mirror reflects a view to Fort Myers. It's great... really roomy with a powerful shower. Great walk-in wardrobe - it's big and has plenty of spare linens on the shelves including 6 extra large good quality beach towels! Living room: Loved the comfortable sofa and great views. Balcony: Ceiling fan, screened, furniture and fantastic views of the sun setting. Kitchen: Everything worked well and was easy to use. Great large washing machine and dryer. We didnt use the 2nd bedroom, but it was a good size, as was the second bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the swimming pool ... clean and it was really well kept with comfortable sun chairs and very clean restrooms. Lovely, quiet beach in front. Overall, I would strongly recommend this condo. The owner could not have been more helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. We will return

The decor is right up our street - very contemporary and uncluttered. The views were to truly amazing and we saw Dolphins and Manatees most days. The owner was very helpful and accommodating from our very first contact with him. We truly recommend this apartment and the owner.

Great stay

My wife and I stayed at Sea Chase 403 for two week in March and found it to be a great value. The condo is very clean and well equipped - a lot of extra linens and towels. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The living room is comfortable with a large TV and am/fm radio. The screened in lanai provides a great view of the beach , ocean and daily sunsets. Comfortable beach chairs and umbrella made the beach experience a treat. This section of Vanderbilt beach is one of the best I have been on on the gulf. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions for points or interest and restaurants. Most interesting places are within driving distance with some restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to park our car in the garage to avoid the hot sun. My wife used the pool regularly and it is clean and well tended. The condo was a great contributor to a great vacation. Lee Zadra

A bit of Paradise

Our 2 weeks began with meeting our gracious and attentive owner who welcomed us and was very, very helpful in orienting us to this wonderful property. The first thing we did was go to the lanai to see the gorgeous view of the gulf, the beach and surrounding areas. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated, plenty of room to walk and be at "home". We had occasion to call the owner to help with something trivial and he was very available to help me. The two weeks we were here were so restful and restorative. I can recommend this property for its beauty, peace, and tranquility. It is ideally located, the sights and shops were very accessible. We will go back again to enjoy the ambiance of this lovely condo and again savor its beauty.
