Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath ground floor condo has everything you'll need including high speed wireless internet thereby guaranteeing a wonderful stay in sunny Naples. This desirable location in a serene Naples community is located ten (10) minutes from the beaches in both Naples and Marco Island.

Three sliders open fully from the living room to the large tiled Lanai. The lanai has seating for eight(8) and dining for six (6), two ceiling fans and overlooks the sweeping lake and fountains.

Master bedroom has king size bed, ceiling fan, sliders opening to the screened lanai and large walk-in closet. Master bath has privacy commode, large shower, double sinks and is sheer luxury. Guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to the second full bath. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are in separate laundry room. Single detached garage has plenty of length for a large size car or bicycle parking at the end of the car.

Two pools are on site. One is a 600 foot, lazy river pool where guests use noodles (provided by owner) to ride on the 3 mph curent that meanders through swaying palm trees. There is also a traditional olympic style pool - both pools are heated to 86 degrees. Also on site are tennis courts, bocci, shuffle board and nature paths for those who like a little outside exercise. For those who like walking or biking the loop around the gated complex is 1.5 miles. And, a beautiful clubhouse is perfect for socializing, entertaining or just kicking back and reading a book selected from the large selection.

Bus trips to cultural events, shopping sprees and other places/events of interest are organized through the club. Sign up sheets are posted at the entryway.

Women's tennis meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings and Men's meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

The condo is in Falling Waters Beach Resort which is a gated community located at the intersection of State Road 951 (Collier Blvd) and US 41 (Tamiami Trail). Downtown Naples is about 8 miles NW on Tamiami Trail and Marco Island is about 8 miles South on Collier.

There are boat rentals, fishing charters, dinner cruises, sight seeing and shelling cruises, and cruises to nowhere. If you're feeling lucky there's a gambling boat as well. Key West is only 4 hours away by the scheduled water shuttle.
