Luxurious resort condo in a prime location off of Naples 5th Ave. District. This 2 bedroom plus den condo is professionally decorated, can sleep 8 (den & living room have sleeper sofas) and it is only 1 year old. You have access to the resorts exclusive amenities, including 5000sq .ft. of outdoor swimming areas, water falls, lazy river, lap pool, and full service snack bar. There are lighted tennis courts, children's play area, state-of-the-art fitness center with private spa treatments, steam rooms, hot rocks sauna, etc. Enroll your kids ages 6-18 in the Club's Fitness camp, featuring fun activities with professional fitness trainers. Internet Access if you really need to stay in touch while on vacation. Marina, yacht club, shuttle to the beach, access to local championship golf courses, and concierge service to accommodate any of your special needs. (Boat slip rental available)

The resort is located very close to the beach; 5th Avenue Shops and Restaurants, Naples pier, Cameier park which has an enormous children's' playground and sports facility,and the Naples Zoo. The condo is brand new and located right next to Naples 5th Ave District & Tin City. Onsite there is a 5000sq .ft. outdoor swimming areas with water falls, lazy river, lap pool, hot tubs, adult pool and full service snack bar. There is a spa onsite for massage, facials and other treatments. You will have full access to a state of the art fitness center next that is attached to the spa. The hotel that is part of the resort is opening in February. It has a 97 slip marina, yacht club will have a shuttle to the beach and additional restaurants & shopping. There are professional trainers on site for the fitness center and tennis pros for adult and children lessons. There are many restaurants and shopping close by plus the beach is down the street.

We stayed in H-106. The condo was very nice. Premier Properties did a nice job of explaining how to acquire the key after hours and after a stop at Target we were unpacked and poolside. Unfortunately, when we checked in a NBR they were quick to take our resort fees but did not give us pool keys, explain the resort amenieties, or promote or explain where the shops or food was located. At first we could not access the pool because we did not have a pool card but fortunately another resident let us into the pool and eventually we figured things out by ourselves. We had 2 14 year old girls and a 10 year old boy. They all seemed to enjoy the resort which had a variety of pools and hot tubs, and a lazy river. There were many families with many different age groups present in March. The staffing of the pool and spa seemed limited. The Kids Club promoted on the Resort web site has been CLOSED. Families wanting this feature will be disappointed. Condo was great!
