Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Water views from nearly every room, luxury accommodations and a great location across the street from the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Tropical pool and spa and a one block walk to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Popular Vanderbilt Beach is only 1 of 4 Naples beaches with beach restrooms and a beach chair, umbrella, and jet ski vendor. Even try para-sailing.

Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a luxury gated resort community in upscale North Naples. Your fourth floor residence has sweeping views of Vanderbilt Bay from the living room, master bedroom, and the lanai. The waterfront condo offers the most privacy and quiet of all the Regatta Resort since it faces the bay.

Your vacation residence offers three bedrooms, two baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, and is comfortably furnished and professionally decorated in a tropical motif and has been recently renovated to the finest with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen tv's in every room. The master suite has a king size bed with a flat screen TV, dvd player, private dual sink bath, large walk in shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and a closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a closet.

Enjoy the large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to dine in. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools and a dining room with seating for 6.

The living room has a beautiful bay view through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. There is a flat screen tv with a dvd player and seating for the whole family. This unit also features high speed internet.

Common areas of the Regatta include a state of the art fitness room, barbecue area, full clubhouse, hot tub, a lagoon style pool with waterfall, sitting pool and separate lap pool.

Area Information

Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-class dining, shopping, golfing and tennis. Dining choices range from the Ritz Carlton to the popular chains ( Carraba's, Longhorn, Outback, Flemings, Capital Grill, just to name a few) and local favorites including several wonderful breakfast spots, local seafood, and waterfront dining. For shopping, enjoy the new Mercato Shopping District which features Whole Foods, Borders, ectWaterside Shops, the boutiques of Old Naples ( 5th Ave. and 3rd St.), the Village on Venetian Bay, Coconut Point Mall, and the Miramar Outlets.

Other Perks: Vanderbilt Beach (rated one of the top ten beaches in the country ) is one block away. Over 100 Golf courses are in Naples, and The Pavilion Shopping Center with a movie theater, restaurants, and shopping are less than a mile away.

Downtown Naples is only a 15 minute drive away.

Beach walk

We really enjoyed our stay at the regatta. The condo was very conveniently located near the pool and the docks. We were able to pull up our rented boat and load right off the docks. The unit was clean but was low on a few items, beach towels and spoons. The guest bath did need a new liner because there was mold growing on it. The tvs in each room were nice but you could not get any stations on them. It would also have been nice to have wifi access for the week. The beds were very comfortable and the updated kitchen and bath countertops were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to return to the regatta.

Spent 1 week in May at the Regatta. The condo is very nicely appointed and has a lovely bay view. The pool area is terrific and the beach is a very short walk. All in all we were very pleased, one small negative was the linens and dishware are of poor quality given the otherwise luxury of this condo.

Great Christmas vacation

Great location in relationship to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Very close to beach. Amazing sunsets. The condo was very nice and had high ceilings and a lovely floor plan. Would have liked a little nicer bedding and towels. Loved the pools as well. Had 2 adults and 3 older teens and had plenty of room. . Would definitely rent this again.

Wow-can't say enough about our stay...A+ location from the beach and the Ritz...great decorating and incredible views of the water...pool looks like a tropical garden...we'll be back!!
