Excellent North Naples. Bright spacious floor plan.
The condo is an END UNIT on the ground floor with the most beautiful lake view.
The condo consists of a large living room with a separate eating place, a Master bedroom with a King size bed,a walk-in closet and a Master bathroom, 2 other bedrooms - one with a Queen size bed, the second with two separated beds, a guest bathroom and a kitchen with a small eating place.
A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms.
40" HDTV, DVD-player and a wireless printer available in the living room.
Private entrance to the 1 car garage.
Community pool.
No pets allowed.

Location close to the beach, Shopping, Golfing, Restaurants and I-75 (but not too close to I-75).
Naples is a cosy town with a exciting beach and harbour life, an Old-town, plenty of options in watersports and close to amazing nature and wildlife of the Everglades.
It's a 'must' to go sailing in an Airboat in the Everglades and experience alligators as close as you dare to come.
Naples in within 120 miles of Miami, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale with plenty of options for citylife and shopping.
From Naples there are 200 miles to the amusement/themeparks in Orlando, i.e. Disney World, which make Naples a great area for families too.
If you are interested in science it's a 'must' to visit Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canavarel, 270 miles from Naples. A good advice is to stay 2 days there!
From Naples the southmost point of USA, Key West, is close. You can drive by the US 1 Highway, where you passes a endless number of bridges and islands before reaching Key West. Another option is to sail from Marco Island, just south of Naples. It takes 4 hours each way, which gives you around 4 �' hours in Key West, which is enough for most people :-)

Great North Naples Condo

Great Condo with a southern exposure onto a nice Lake. This is a very quiet area, close to shopping and only minutes from Beaches and restaurants. This is a quite large 3 bedroom condo, with a new comfy kingsize bed in master bedroom. We had a very nice stay only wish it was much longer. The only reason I didn't rate this condo a 5 was because the pool wasn't heated.

The condo was exactly as it was described in the ad: very roomy, bright and comfortable. It is also very close to shopping centers and beaches.
We enjoyed sitting in the porch early mornings and evenings because one had the pleasure of sun rises and sun sets.
