Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

This Condo is available starting September 2008.



This "first floor", 1 bedroom / 1 bath "Turnkey Furnished" condo is available for rent on a monthly or annual basis. It has tile throughout and shows like a model! This gated tropical community is located minutes from I-75, White Sandy Beaches and Down Town Naples. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished to make you feel at home.





One Month Rental (Furnished) $1550 May - October. $2200 November - April. Includes Limited Basic Cable TV, Electric, Water and Trash Pick up. A $500 rental deposit is required to hold your reservation. This will be deducted from you first months rent. First months rent and $1000.00 security deposit due before possession.

One year lease (Furnished) $1150.00. Includes water and trash pick up. First months rent and security deposit due before possession. A $250 rental deposit is required to hold your reservation.

One year lease (Unfurnished) $950.00 Includes water and trash pick up. First months rent and security deposit due before possession. A $250 rental deposit is required to hold your reservation.


The "Rental Deposit" to hold your reservation and a $200.00 non-refundable application/cleaning fee is payable by Paypal, Cash, Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order and due immediately. Once received your reservation will be held and an owner supplied rental contract will be sent to you. It must be completed, signed and returned so arrangements can be made for possession .


A 60 day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund on your rental deposit for monthly rentals.
