This 1500 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo is situated directly on the beach on prestigious Gulf Shore Blvd. N. with Gulf and pool views from every window.

The beach and pool are just two floors down (by the nearby stairs or by the glass building elevators). Just walk-out of the building and dip your feet in the Gulf or go for hours on an extended walk along the beach.

No more driving or walking blocks to the beach with your gear in tow. All the beach equipment you will need, including chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys, are stored beach-side and maintained by the building management.

This condo is furnished to be more than a vacation accommodation, it is a home-away-from-home. The kitchen is well equipped and offers new dishes and cookware as well as fine china to serve to your dinner guests.
