Area Description
Location close to the beach, Shopping, Golfing, Restaurants and I-75 (but not too close to I-75).
Naples is a cosy town with a exciting beach and harbour life, an Old-town, plenty of options in watersports and close to amazing nature and wildlife of the Everglades.
It's a 'must' to go sailing in an Airboat in the Everglades and experience alligators as close as you dare to come.
Naples in within 120 miles of Miami, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale with plenty of options for citylife and shopping.
From Naples there are 200 miles to the amusement/themeparks in Orlando, i.e. Disney World, which make Naples a great area for families too.
If you are interested in science it's a 'must' to visit Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canavarel, 270 miles from Naples. A good advice is to stay 2 days there!
From Naples the southmost point of USA, Key West, is close. You can drive by the US 1 Highway, where you passes a endless number of bridges and islands before reaching Key West. Another option is to sail from Marco Island, just south of Naples. It takes 4 hours each way, which gives you around 4 �' hours in Key West, which is enough for most people
