In the resort style enclave of Regency Reserve is this spacious and comfortable, tropical designer furnished coach home that offers spectacular views of the double fairways on the North golf course and private lake. It features a very large great room that serves as a living & dining room area, with large sliding glass doors opening to the 40' lanai for a spectacular golfcourse view and gorgeous sunsets! Also featured: eat-in kitchen, private master suite with king size bed (memory foam mattress), two walk-in closets and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bath has two sinks, large oval soaking tub, and separate huge shower. The guest room has two twin beds, large closet, and its own private full bath. The den features pocket doors which converts this room into a private bedroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans.
The full size kitchen has a breakfast-lunch area, a glass top stove, oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, ice maker, and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.
Off the great room is a large 40 ft. lanai with glass top table and chairs, chaise lounges, and cocktail table.
A short walk to the private clubhouse and award winning swimming pool with waterfalls, jacuzzi and spa, exercise room, sauna, rec room, broad band internet access, and a large professionally decorated function room with full kitchen for parties. Resort style ambiance accents the pool area with lush landscape, lounge chairs, umbrella top tables and gas barbecue grills all provided for your pleasure.
The Vineyard's ideal location provides immediate access to I-75. You are 25 minutes to Ft. Myers SW International airport and 1 hr. and twenty minutes tp Ft. Lauderdale International airport. 10 minutes to the most magnificent beaches, 15 min. to downtown Naples. 30 minutes to Marco Island and one hour from Sanibel-Captiva and Everglades City. Just over one hour to Miami.
