Luxurious Living at The Crescent of Pelican Bay. This two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is turnkey furnished to the finest of details. This is not your ordinary rental unit.

The Crescent is a gated community located in the desirable location of Pelican Bay (north end). Close to the Pelican Bay Park with tennis, the private beach tram with restaurant, shopping, and world-class dining. The condo has a private 2.5 car private garage. Through a private, gated lobby the condo is located on the 2nd floor; shared by only 1 neighbor.

As you enter the condo, you are immediately taken in by the architecture. Marble floors are in the common areas with wood flooring in the bedrooms. Granite countertops grace the kitchen and the bathrooms. Exquisite furniture is in every room.

The formal living room features seating for five, entertainment armoire with a tv and dvd player, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a lanai with a golf course view. The dining room features a crystal chandelier, seating for six, and a buffet table.

Adjoining the dining room is the den. The den features a leather couch, leather chairs and a flat screen tv. The den is open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar with barstools. The kitchen features high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. It also comes fully equipped with everything you need to "dine in".

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, chair, and a tv with dvd player. There is also access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. Enjoy a large spacious closet and a large spacious bathroom with a walk in shower and a soaking tub.

The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, tv with dvd player, and a balcony. The guest room has a private bath with a walk in shower and a spacious closet.

The spacious lanai overlooks the golf course and provides seating for both relaxing and dining. There are also automatic storm shutters. (Sorry, no golf transfer is available)

There is also a laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer.

Linens, towels, and kitchen equipment is provided.

Pelican Bay is an elite community that features a private beach with shuttle service and restaurants. The Pelican Bay Park is less than 1/2 block away which features tennis courts and social activities. The community pool is less than a two minute walk from the condo.
