The comfortably furnished Lanai offers a private view of Tropical Waterfalls with Screened Glass Sliding-Wall plus sitting area with large TV. Master Suite provides a King-size Bed, Two Dressers, Night-stand & TV with spacious Bath including Sunken Spa Tub with separate shower, double sinks, & walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, large closet & adjacent bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & table with four chairs & desk area. Dining Room has table with six chairs. Living Room includes Entertainment Center with Cable TV (Total 3 TVs). Six Ceiling Fans are located throughout the unit for fresh tropical breeze to keep you cool day & night. Air Conditioning is available but rarely required. Includes use of the One Car Garage. Within walking distance to the Five Star Resort Type Pool heated by lush tropical waterfalls. Plus you have easy access to Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Basketball Court, Walking Paths Playground & numerous Clubhouse Activities.

Falling Waters is a Secure Gated community off Davis Blvd with Staffed Guard House. Location is within minutes to
US-41 for access to downtown 5th Ave Shops & Restaurants, the Beaches and Pier that Naples is world famous for. It is also only 2 miles to I-75 Exit 101 for easy access to Fort Myers Airport. It is also close to the new Regional Medical Center and Edison College.
Located in the Cascades sub-division, this condominium is walking distance to the Club House & Resort Style Pool. It also has a view of a lighted waterfall with lush landscaping. The Tropical Resort Style Pool Area is a great place to relax and meet people. The Falling Waters community Clubhouse offers a monthly calendar of activities including Water Aerobics, Yoga, Bingo, Poker, Bridge, Mah Jongg, Group Tours to Hard Rock Casino Hollywood, Dinner Theater, Music, Potlucks & Birthday Gatherings. Required Stay: Month
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: $500 security deposit required to book the reservation, In addition, full month payment plus fees due 30 days prior to arrival. If payment not received 30 days prior, deposit will be forfited. Upon return of Condo Key & no damages or missing items (as described in contract) the $500 deposit will be returned to you.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $100, Association Fee $100, Parking Fee $35 International Transaction Fee $75
