St. Maarten located in Pelican Bay is a 21 story condominium with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building was completed in 1989, has 20 floors with 90 units and has recently completed a renovation in the common areas. St. Maarten amenities include a spacious social room, with kitchen area, private fitness center, conference room, library, billards room, expansive pool and hot tub.
You can enjoy panoramic view of the Pelican Bay Mangrove Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico from the 15th floor corner location.
