Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Wake up each morning in this newly furnished 4th floor apartment to the unbeatable view of pristine Tarpon Bay and the Cocohatchee River. You can see the boats, kayaks, birds and even the occasional dolphin and manatee whilst relaxing with your early morning beverage.

The Condo has a new King sized bed in the master suite as well as a spa tub and a walk in shower in the bathroom suite. There are also two separate wash basins and a walk in wardrobe. There is a TV in the bedroom

The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a full size tub and shower.

The living and dining room has all new furniture as well as a 37" flat screen TV and DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen has black granite work surfaces and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a well laid out swimming pool for both the energetic or lazy alike, where you can take exercise or just lay back in the warm water and pass the time of day with your neighbours. There is a "condo party" arranged most months to enable everyone to get aquainted if they wish.

Temporary membership is available to The Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club which is only 3 minutes walk from the property. Here you can enjoy the benefits of relaxed or Fine Dining, get fit in the Fitness Room or use the 6 HAR-TRU tennis courts. There is also a resort style swimming pool and TIKI Bar.

In addition, you can use "The Cove Runner" your own private boat for the 8 minute cruise to the Delnor-Wiggins State Park to swim, walk or relax on one of the best beaches in the U.S.A..

Princeton Place is within The Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club development which is situated just off Wiggins Pass in North Naples. It is close to many fine shops, restaurants, beaches and golf courses.

The condo is in Building 320 Princeton Place which has the best water view as you can see down the Cocahatchee River and over the mangroves to the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
