Elegant Stay!

Our condo was even more than expected. We have stayed in a resort area the last 4 years, but this was by far the best! The accomidations were very clean, updated, all electronics worked perfectly! The parking was directly outside of the condo! Every space at the Lely resort was clean! The golfing as terrific at the Mustang and the Flamingo. We didn't have to spend driving time as they were on the resort property just minutes away! A pro at a local driving range offered to get us on to other courses at good prices. The swimming pool was so relaxing! Many vacationers gathered around the lovely pool and just chatted. The grills were located at the pool area so we visited with others while we grilled. We rented bikes from Island Bike Rentals on Rattlesnake. For 3 days we only paid $25! That is with helmet and basket. We rode all around the Lely resort area. So many beautiful subdivisions and the vegetation was vibrant! We drove 15 minutes south on Hwy 41 to Aligator Alley and saw so many aligators! We went on an air-boat ride at Erve's that proved to be very interesting. Our captain was informative and entertaining! We spent a few evenings on Marco Island. Mango's is great for lunch or dinner. The food was great and the service prompt and polite. We sat ourside under an umbrella both day and night. No reason to go inside when it was so beautiful looking out over the water and boat docks. If you love ice cream as we do, don't miss the homemade ice cream on north 41 on the right. It was located in the same strip as O'Gradies. Back to the condo: we could not have asked for any nicer! It was the most spacious condo we have ever had. The screened patio was so very relaxing! Plenty of room to stretch out as well as eat dinner at the patio table. Yes, I would reccomend this condo to everyone! It was all and even more than advertised! Thanks Ken, for sharing your little space of Heaven with us!
