Do you want to Vacation in Naples? Do you need an apartment for a short term rental. Great Beaches, Golf, Resturants, Shopping and much, much more. Monthly rental of a 3rd floor Condo (no elevator) that is fully furnished, 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6, w/Vaulted Ceilings and Lanai.

Rental Rates.

May to October $1450/month
April, November to December $1,800/month
Jan to March $2550/month,
3 months or longer rental stay discounts available upon request
All rates include Florida taxes and fees.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required at time of reservation.

WE HAVE A SECOND UNIT AVAILABLE TO RENT SAME RATES IN SAME BUILDING.

The condo was spotless, and well-equipped. The surrounding area very well kept, with workers picking up dead tree debris and making sure the grass was cut and the lawns manicured. Staff very friendly, and helpful whenever necessary. A memorable vacation, indeed.
