The unit has its own washer/dryer and cable TV. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds.

The condominium has a beautiful pool right off the beach, reserved parking, and twenty four hour doormen.

The unit has to be rented for a minimum of sixty days.

The Gulfside Condominium is directly on the beach in a prestigous area of beautifully landscaped luxurious high rise condominiums. The condo has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean as well as of the spectacular neighborhood.

Upscale shops and restaurants are almost directly across the street. The location is very near to the Venetian Shopping area. The general feeling is of quiet.calm sophisitcation.
