Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Come and enjoy our beautiful, and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the upscale gated community of St. Croix in Pelican Marsh. Third floor unit adds to the spectacular view of the fountain and lake from living area, and both bedrooms! Vaulted ceilings allow for a spacious feel. Perfect location, so close to the beaches! Bike or walk to Collier park, across the street and less then a block away. We provide you with the use of our bikes stored in bike garage on premises! Easily bike to some shopping too.

Tennis court, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and computer/internet access are offered in and around the community clubhouse. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with glass top oven and full size Maytag refrigerator added in 2011, washer, dryer and all like-new furnishings including LCD flat screens and DVD players in living area and both bedrooms. Internet access in both clubhouse and condo. Redecoration in 2011, of second bath (as shown). Pack the "dining back pack" we provide with lunch and head for the park or beach. There are lightweight foldable beach chairs, beach towels, a portable beach umbrella and rolling beach cart too. If you are looking for a meticulously cleaned and maintained home-like place to enjoy then look no further.

Lots of extras like heated towel rack in master bath, fishing poles, tennis rackets and DVD, book, and game collection for guest use. Enjoy the luxury of feather pillows (alternative too) plush blankets and towels and luxury bedding. The community also features a car washing station and daily valet trash removal from your front door. Yes, we have WIRELESS INTERNET.

Fabulous, peaceful North Naples location at the corner of Livingston and Immokalee Road. So close to the beaches!

A hop, skip and small jump to the beach! A short 4 mile drive to the Gulf Coast and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.! Why rent the overpriced gulf view cracker boxes when you can enjoy a beautiful lake and fountain view from all rooms and still be only a few minutes drive to the beaches.

Walking or biking distance to (one block) Sun n Fun Lagoon of Collier Regional Park, a few minutes drive to the beach and a short 10 mile or 15-20 minute drive to downtown Naples and the popular Naples Pier. Convenient to all the wonderful shopping you could imagine as well as gas and groceries and I-75 within a mile drive. Hospital and place of worship only minutes away.

Warm comfy stay in Naples

Great condo, well equipped with absolutely everything needed for home-cooked meals and trips to the beach. Good location, especially close to Regional Park for our morning 5K walk or run. Quiet safe area was just perfect for us!

Beautiful condo, gracious owners

We had the pleasure of renting Danielle's condo Nov 2011- Jan 2012. We loved the location, close to the beach, I-75, great stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, lots of parks and wildlife areas, etc. Corresponding with Danielle was a pleasure. She promptly responded to all our questions and concerns. The condo itself is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family.

Beyond My Expectations!

From the moment I opened the door to this condo, I was struck with how tastefully decorated the place was. Not to mention the many details like a fabulous welcome basket filled with coffee and snacks and oh, a toothbrush and paste, which I accidentally left back at the airport Hilton. Loved the view of the lake and the location. I cooked most every meal in, and was surprised to find even the bake-ware I normally have to go out and buy myself, in the kitchen along with every other kitchen related thing imaginable. Truly a great place to stay!
