Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

What a bargain! Beautiful 2 bdr, 2 bath, 1350 sq.ft. condo. 2nd flr. with lovely view of 18th fairway. Attractively decorated. All appliances including laundry room with washer and dryer. Newly redecorated club house with first class restaurant. Golf and tennis privileges available. Bocce Ball, Bridge, Pool Socials and many more amenities in super friendly community. Close to beach, fishing pier, restaurants and shopping galore. Seasonal rental $2300.00 per month. Less for two-three month rentals.

Area Description

About Naples. Royal Wood is about six miles from the popular Naple's Fishing Pier. It is one of the few piers that has free access. A fishing license is not needed to fish from the pier so it is a very popular. There is at least 16 or 17 miles of accessible white sand beach. Fifth Avenue and Third Street are both popular shopping and eating locations. They are located about 5 miles from Royal Wood. In addition, there is a huge enclosed mall as well as two outlet malls within the area. Not to mention the numerous strip malls and specialty shops, including TIN CITY which is on Naples Bay. Each of these areas have top-rated restaurants. Restaurants range from the older, established ones (some were here in 1973 when we first bought in Naples) to brand new ones such as Bone Fish. (You could probably eat out every evening for two months and wouldn't have to repeat.) Naples Philharmonic Center is about ten miles from Royal Wood. And in March we have the SWAMP BUGGY races a few miles away. At the South end of Naples is a bridge to take to Marco Island where there is another great assortment of restaurants. Both Naples and Marco have lovely beachfront parks. (Tiger Tail and Laudermilk) There are several movie theatres located all around town and, of course, bowling alleys.

Royal Wood offers musical entertainment each Friday from 4-7 PM with reasonably priced drinks and free hors d'oeuvres. Lunch is served at the club every day until 2:30 in the grill room. Dinner is served Wed., Thurs., and Fri., and a delicious brunch is available on Sun.

There is a Lutheran church next door, a Catholic church a mile west, a Presbyterian church a few blocks south and a Congregational church a mile north.
