2200 hundred sq ft condo,at the beach, overlooking private lagoon with peek-a-boo gulf views, watch the dolphins and manatees up close or the dramatic gulf sunsets. Every window faces the water and is just a very short walk to the beach or a huge heated pool, and tennis courts. This Condo has just been updated with new baths, Furniture, decor and paint. This condo has two master suites with baths and walk-in closets plus a third bed and bath for guests. One master has a jetted tub as well as a walk-in shower. A large plasma TV for the nights and 2 large lanai's for the daytime sites. Cable TV and wireless internet included, as well as in unit laundry. This condo is one of the most peaceful and tranquil units you will find on the Gulf yet it is close to everything you need. It is right at the entrance to Wiggins Beach State park so your beach experience won't be shaded by tall buildings and large crowds, just miles of white sand, sea turtles, shells, warm waters, fishing, and out door grilling. Area Information

Vanderbilt Beach has miles of sugar white sand and goes from Wiggins Pass and Barefoot Beachal all the way to Doctors Pass. You can walk for miles past natural protected shoreline and luxury beach homes. It is convenient to Rt. 41 and all the local shopping and dinning. It has many grocery stores with-in a very short distance. There is a marina in the condo association and fishing right outside the door. There are tennis courts available to guests of the condo as well.
