It has large rooms with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. You will have your own private entry courtyard as well as a large tiled screened lanai. In addition, you will have a beautiful view from the lanai overlooking Quail Run Golf Course. All this and you are less than 2 miles straight down to the beach at the Naples Grande Resort and the Waterside Shops. You are within an easy walking distance to Publix, Target and many other shops and restaurants. Emerald Greens also has a clubhouse and Pool/Hot Tub along with Tennis Courts. Your parking is reserved right in front of your unit.

The kitchen/entry way/bath is tiled with 20" porcelain tile and tumbled marble stairs. Amenities in the kitchen include a side by side refridgerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and garbage disposal. The kitchen has a glass table with 4 chairs and a seperate desk area. The dining area has a glass table with 6 chairs. A full size washer and dryer are also in the unit.
