Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

This is a nicely decorated and updated condo in Fountains II. It is a bottom corner unit with a great view of the lake from the glass enclosed lanai. All appliances are within 5 years old including the washer and dryer.
It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom unit with a TV, DVD player, 2 recliner chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress, a large walk in closet and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The sink area is outside the bathroom.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, and a large dresser. The dining area has a large glass table with 6 chairs. and there is an open counter into the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a tile floor and tile counter tops. The kitchen includes a ceiling fan, microwave, trash compactor, dishwasher, stove and full refrigerator. There is also a toaster oven and coffee maker.
The lanai ( back patio) is fully glass enclosed and the sliding glass doors can open to make the living space larger.
There is a brick patio out front that has a table and chairs. There is a designated parking spot out front and the oversized beautiful heated pool is a short walk.
The Fountains II is a 55 and older community with no pets or children under 16.
It is a fun community with happy hour, parties and card playing at the pool.

The Fountains II is located near 2 golf courses: The Hibiscus Golf Club and the Riviera Golf Club. Both golf clubs are open to the public and do not require a membership.

It is also within walking distance to a variety of shops and an Italian restaurant. These include a mini market,a deli, a pizza place, a hair salon, and a pharmacy.

The Fountains II is about 5 miles from beautiful Laudermilk Beach. It is about 3 miles to exit 101 on I 75 and about 1 mile to US 41.
