Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

This luxurious second floor Florida condo has soaring, vaulted ceilings with paddle fans in every room and is turnkey furnished. The 1400 square foot open floor plan offers a sunny eating area and breakfast bar in the kitchen complemented by Corian countertops and tiled floors. The living room is tastefully decorated in transitional style furnishings with tropical accents and sliding doors that lead to a rear lanai overlooking peaceful Huntington Lake. The triple wall unit contains a large 37 inch TV and DVD player and wine glasses. The dining room includes a large glass top table and seating for six. The den area has two large club chairs and an additional 32 inch TV and stereo.
This Florida vacation home offers two private sleeping areas, one for you and one for your family or friends. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, and ample storage, including an armoire with a 32 inch TV, a huge walk-in closet and a tiled bath.
The second bedroom features two twin beds and a large closet. The guest bath is also tiled and is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom. This entire guest area can be privately closed off by a sliding pocket door.
This Florida unit includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances. It also has a washer, drier, vacuum, linens, towels (including beach towels and chairs), etc. The Veranda pool is directly across from the entrance and front lanai of this lavish condo. Just bring your suitcase!

• Cypress Woods Country Club has a full service restaurant and grill area with dining specials and “Happy Hour”. Daily specials include buffets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, including a prime rib and pasta bar and Sunday brunch. The resort is located just east of I-75 off Immokalee Road, 20 minutes from the nearest airport, Fort Myers (R.S.W.), and only 5 miles from the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the new "Old Naples" at the Mercado Plaza. Ray and Karen are really nice people, who made the experience of leasing their condo simple and friendly. They promptly answered all our questions about the Country Club, golf course, and the Naples area. Their pricing is very competitive with similar condos in the area, but their home is much nicer than most others we saw when we were there. Ray installed high speed wireless internet, and we were the envy of everybody we met because that is a very rare feature for golf course rental properties.
The condo really is understated in the photos and description. It is in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect. Golf course and lake views from the kitchen and living room (and lanai #1), and the pool just a few steps from the front door (and lanai #2).
Cypress Woods is a beautiful community with really friendly people. The golf course is a great value because you pay only a fraction of the public rate after transferring the golf membership. The course is in fantastic condition and challenging but fair for low and high handicappers. We always got a tee-time within a few minutes of our request using the automated booking system.
There is plenty of upscale and everyday shopping nearby, including a huge variety of restaurants and food stores.
The weather in Naples was much warmer and more consistent than the Orlando area for the February - March period.
We would unconditionally recommend leasing Karen and Ray's condo; in fact we have already signed for next spring!
