Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

Relax in this luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo. (Low rise unit - 2 floors only). Vaulted ceilings. End unit offers plenty of light. This condo boasts new furniture along with a king pillow top bed in the master, ensuite bathroom with shower, double sinks and a walk-in-closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy the fully equipped eat in kitchen. Sit back and watch the 42" TV in the living room or lay back and watch the 19" TV in the master!!
A desk and chair is also provided. Includes cable TV (incl. X-Finity), DVD and Hi Fi wireless internet. Telephone offering free calls to US and Canada. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a Wonder Wheeler beach cart are provided. There are 2 fishing rods. Parking for 2 cars (one covered). Heated community swimming pool, spa/hot tub. 10 minutes to beach. 5 minutes to North Collier Hospital. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Lake view from screened lanai/balcony with cascading fountain that lights up at night.

Pebble Shores Drive, Palm River Area (North Naples). Off Immokalee Road between roads I-41 and I-75 (closer to I-41). (3 miles to beach). Located on the Gulf of Mexico, ocean is warm year round! Miles of white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the pristine beaches of Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins beach. Naples is known for its fine dining, shopping, art museums, theatres and many world class golf facilities.

Christmas Vacation

Thoughly enjoyed our holiday at Tonia and Neil's condo. Great layout-- open and airy with a lovely view from the balcony/linai of the pond with a fountain that is lit up at night. Well maintained end unit. Everyone we met in the complex were friendly and helpful. Not far from beaches, shops and restaurants/pubs. Two sports bars within walking distance. Free Wireless enternet was a bonus.

We rented this condo Feb,March,and April of 2010. It is beautifully decorated. Tonia and Neil are great landlords. The complex is well maintained,very quiet,the Board and management responds almost immediately to problems that occur.We loved its central location to beaches, shopping,restaurants etc. It is 3 miles to the beach,8.5 miles to downtown Naples and 4 miles to Bonita Springs. The pool is heated at a warm temp. There is a great library in the clubhouse. There are coffee get togethers and monthly themed parties.The residents are very friendly.

Very nice newly furnished condo. Spacious end unit with lots of natural light. Complex is well maintained and clean. Wireless enternet was a plus....we enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed....Great view of lake from Lanai.
