Falling Waters is located just 5 minutes from I-75, and is conveniently located between the heart of Olde Naples, and Marco Island. The Naples condo is a 10 minute drive from Naples beaches, and 10 minutes from Marco beaches. Grocery , pharmacy, and other shopping 2 minute drive away.

Baking Supplies, Beach Towels The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as cable T.V. There is a queen size sofa bed in living room.

Full size laundry room provides convenience. Two lounge chairs are provided for reading or napping on the lanai. Ceiling fans and a lake view are additional lanai amenities. Smoking is allowed on the lanai only. Outdoor Jennair, sink and small fridge complete the conveniences on the lanai.

Rolling beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided for ease when visiting the numerous nearby beaches. The unit is within easy walking distance of the pools, clubhouse, tennis and bocce courts. Smoking is to be enjoyed on the lanai only please.
