Description of the Naples vacation condo rental
Falling Waters is the ideal place for relaxation and socialization. The Naples condominium community is suited perfectly for those who enjoy group activities in the clubhouse such as morning exercise, weekly Bingo, or Friday evening hor d'oeuvres. A lap pool, tennis courts, and bocce courts are also available.Nicely equipped, beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath Naples vacation rental. Our 2nd floor lakefront unit has high ceilings and has updated decor. The oversized private garage is equipped with pool noodles, beach chairs, and umbrellas and cooler for your convenience Neighboring 2b/2ba Naples condo also available to accommodate a large group.
Falling Waters is located just 5 minutes from I-75, and is conveniently located between the heart of Olde Naples, and Marco Island. The Naples condo is a 10 minute drive from Naples beaches, and 10 minutes from Marco beaches. Grocery , pharmacy, and other shopping 2 minute drive away.
Baking Supplies, Beach Towels The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as cable T.V. There is a queen size sofa bed in living room.
Full size laundry room provides convenience. Two lounge chairs are provided for reading or napping on the lanai. Ceiling fans and a lake view are additional lanai amenities. Smoking is allowed on the lanai only. Outdoor Jennair, sink and small fridge complete the conveniences on the lanai.
Rolling beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided for ease when visiting the numerous nearby beaches. The unit is within easy walking distance of the pools, clubhouse, tennis and bocce courts. Smoking is to be enjoyed on the lanai only please.

Truly resort living!

Falling Waters is a tropical paradise. The grounds are meticulously maintained and everything always looks fresh and clean. The Club House is very attractive and beautifully equipped for every event from brunch, card parties to dinner dances. The crowning touch, however, is the incredibly large and beautiful swimming pool. It is a salt water pool complete with an island to swim around. The temperature of the pool is usually around 85 degrees so no matter how cool the day is, the water is heavenly. The condos are very open and spacious and very well laid out. The eat in kitchen is perfect for breakfast or a light snack but the dining area is large and accomodates a fair number for dinner. I would recommend Falling Waters to others and I would go back to Falling Waters any time!
