Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

This is a Ground Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom End Unit. Open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen. Double doors lead to bright, expansive 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. Guest/Main bath has full 5' glass walk-in shower. Master bedroom is even larger with full ensuite, private screened lanai and dressing area. Both bedrooms have new Serta beds in November 2010.

Relax on the Front Open Air Patio overlooking palm trees and a tall ficus hedge. Very private.

Kitchen is fully equipped with Newer Bottom Mount Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Range and Range Hood.

Unit is located in private rear location within complex. A short walk to pool/spa area.

Rates include all Utilities, Covered Parking, and Unlimited WiFi Internet. New 20 inch Porcelain tile installed throughout main living area.

Preference will be given for 3 or more consecutive month seasonal rental.

Area Information

Only 11/2 Miles to Vanderbilt Beach! Right across the street from high-end Pelican Bay, just south of the Mercato, this enclave of condominiums is nestled back from the hustle and bustle of US 41, but close to everything else! Emerald Woods offers its guests a small community clubhouse with outdoor heated pool and spa.

From front door to Vanderbilt Beach is literally a 5 minute drive. Fine and Casual dining, Shopping is even closer. The Philharmonic, Waterside Shops, Ritz Carlton and Olde Naples are literally just a few minutes away.

Famous DELNOR WIGGINS PASS State Park is about 8 minutes away and is considered one of the top shelling beaches in SW Florida. A new Luxury Movie Theatre at the Mercato is minutes away.

Emerald Woods condo

We stayed in this condo during February and March 2013 and enjoyed it very much. The location is great for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and all Naples has to offer. Unit is clean, well decorated, and as shown in pics. Owners are easy to work with. Would certainly return for another visit.

Nice accomodations in a great location

My wife and I stayed in this condo in Emerald Woods for all of January 2013. The location is absolutely perfect since it is just off Tamiami Trail (41) with easy access to the beach, shopping and Old Naples. The condo is very nicely furnished, very clean and quite comfortable. There is a small, screened lanai off the master bedroom which provides a great location for morning coffee and the newspaper.. The neighborhood can best be described as quiet and well maintained. The owners are very easy to work with and are very accomodating to reasonable requests. We liked the property so much that we plan to return in 2014. We recommend this condo as a "great place to stay when in Naples"

This condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished and is spacious. It has all the comforts of home--internet, television, full kitchen, laundry. The grocery store, shopping centre, bank, beaches are all nearby. Residents in the complex are friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub are just the right temperature and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The beds are very comfortable too. It is a great home away from home. The pictures are accurate representations of the condo and the owners are responsive to your needs and very accommodating.
