The Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated, luxury, waterfront resort community. The Regatta is located only one block from the gorgeous, white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and right across the street from the Ritz Carlton. This professionally furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit comes fully equipped with a laundry room and everything you and your family would need to have the vacation of a lifetime.

Our guests can enjoy two pools: one lap pool and a zero depth pool with a tropical waterfall. In addition, our guests can relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy the resort's spa services. Poolside grilling, fully furnished cabanas(additional cost), a fitness center, and underground parking are sure to complete the perfect vacation.
