Description of the Naples vacation condo rental

The condo itself is beautifully decorated 2br, 2bth with a screened in lanai offering panoramic views. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, and boasts stainless steel appliances and corian counters. There is a covered parking. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet and full ensuite. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and there is another full bathroom adjacent to the Guest bedroom. The Lanai is screened in and provides a comfortable place to relax.

Area Information

Heritage Bay is a luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and is approx 20 mins from Ft. Myers airport and to Old Historic Naples and Third St., home to boutiques and the finest restaurants. Beaches are about 20 mins away and have famous sunsets. Well known Sanibel Island and Captiva are 40 mins away as well as Ft. Myers beach and town.

Heritage Bay is a community mostly known for it's chmapionship golf course which offers 27 holes. It offers 9 holes and 18 holes golf leagues for women and 18 hole leagues for men. Free unlimited golf is available with this rental. You need only pay for the cart fee and transfer cost. All leagues are open to renters.

Heritage Bay is surrounded by natural preserves and lakes. Dining room, bar and grill room overlooking the golf course. There is also a fitness center, 7 lighted tennis courts, 7 pools, hot tub and Tiki bar. BBQ's and cocktail evenings are often held around the main pool. There is even a billiards room, card and mah jong rooms.

Amazing condo

September 24, 2012

We had a great time in this tastefully decorated condo May-June 2012.A great little community,nice golf course,the night time tennis was a bonus and the pools are a walking distance from the condo.this condo is close to amenities (outlet shopping,grocery stores,restaurants, and the Naples pier). We will be vacationing here again this month (September 2012)!!

Great condo in beautiful community

January 3, 2012

Stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years. Condo was perfect. Had a great time. Enjoyed the golf course and pools. Would love to have had my bike as the community has bike paths throughout.
